Once upon a time the Brits were badass. Oh. Some of them still are…

– Wiccapundit

Pair a hardcore industrial-metal soundtrack (Dope’s “Die Motherfucker Die”) with video and still footage of British soldiers absolutely taking care of business, and the result is worthy of fixing up a batch of heavily buttered popcorn to sit and watch.  Yeah, the Brits had stones once.  At least a few of them still do.  Warning: NSFW.  Note the insurgents planting IEDs getting blown up at 0:47 and the  Gurkha wielding the kukri (traditional curved Gurkha blade) at 1:33.  I would not mess with these guys.  From Cmblake6’s Weblog.  If you go there, you’ll also find video of U.S. soldiers layin’ the punishment to the accompaniment of Drowning Pool’s “Let The Bodies Hit The Floor.”  Indeed.

  1. Pure sugary goodness, and damned yummy 😀

Good video even if some of the Apache gunnery footage was actually American (3-101 Attack Battalion actually). Good Stuff

I love having our stuff vetted by fer real military guys. Thanks, James! I’ve seen the same music used over video of American military, but it wasn’t done as well. The guy who did this one really got the timing down between the music and the splodey stuff.

Glad you liked it. Took a bit to find that rxact one, and as I said at my place, you wonder why GB took all the gun ownership rights away?

    • Wiccapundit says:

Perhaps the question should be, why did the British citizenry GIVE their gun rights away? I don’t recall there being much of a stink raised by the populace generally as the deed was being done.

      It’s a shame; I really enjoyed visiting the U.K.

  4. At :38 seconds in, the cement truck being blowed’ up is from Mythbusters. Look at the bottom right hand screen, they left the Discovery channel logo mark. WTF man? The Queen would not be pleased with the false representation.
