Everybody Blog About Brett Kimberlin Day

“We must all hang together, or assuredly we will all hang separately.” – Ben Franklin

I don’t believe I could find a more apropos quote.  Title of this blog post is a reflection of the fact that ALL conservative commentators are targets of the Left, whether we think so or not.

There are two aspects of Brett Kimberlin you should know about.  One is the serial lawsuit-filer, who has taken it upon himself to sue or threaten to sue numerous conservative bloggers, such as Robert Stacy McCain, Patterico, Aaron Worthing, and others.  The other is the convicted serial bomber.  To learn more about this unsavory individual and his crimes, see this October 2010 article in The Indianapolis Star.

Fact: Kimberlin was convicted of the Speedway bombings and sentenced to 50 years in jail.  This is the truth, not opinion.

Fact: Kimberlin was paroled after 13 years of his 50 year sentence, but his parole was revoked when he made no effort to pay the $1.6 million judgment he owed to the wife of one of his victims.  He served another 4 years.  This is the truth, not opinion.

Fact:  Kimberlin has been the plaintiff in over 100 lawsuits, by his own admission.  This is the truth, not opinion.

Kimberlin abuses the legal process to harass his critics and those who dare to shed light on him and those who back him.  Once way to put a stop to this is to create so many targets that Kimberlin and his Leftist cronies can’t sue them all.  Your Wiccapundit has decided to be one of those to stand up and say: “No More!”

It is my opinion that Brett Kimberlin is a worthless sack of wet brownies, a complete waste of space, and unworthy to breathe the same oxygen that decent people breathe.

Here’s my thumb in Kimberlin’s eye:  Try to find me.  Try to sue me.  Try to win.

You will fail.

God Bless Texas

The other day I was feeling really down while reading the news headlines.  Casey Anthony walked for murder, the GOP caved in on their pledge not to raise the debt ceiling, the ATF gun running scandal was unearthing more widespread corruption, and the Obama Administration was trying to use the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene with the planned execution of a Mexican national who had brutally raped and murdered a 16 year old girl in 1995; internationally, liberal bed wetters were crying for a stay to the execution on the basis that the long-time illegal alien (had lived here since he was 2)  was denied access to the Mexican consulate.  I’m thinking, America, what the fuck?!

Well, the execution took place as scheduled.  That evil son of a bitch will never hurt another person again in this life.   Texas basically told Mexico, the U.N. and the administration to butt out and mind their own business.  I love this state, and ideologically, it loves me.  In the words of Lyle Lovett, “that’s right, you’re not from Texas, but Texas wants you anyway.”

Humberto Leal takes the eternal celestial dirt nap. Are you hungry?  Justice is served, Baby!

Keep your powder dry… in Louisiana

Of perpetual irritation to leftists is the fact that the right to keep and bear arms is enshrined in the Constitution as a specific right in the Bill of Rights (as opposed to the nebulous “right to abortion” found in the “penumbras” “emanating from the Bill of Rights”).  Nothwithstanding this long-existing right, and the recent Supreme Court decisions reaffirming it, government officials can’t seem to get it through their heads what “the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed” means.

In Louisiana, apparently it has become common for police officers, particularly in New Orleans, to confiscate a motorist’s firearm when they have been stopped for a traffic violation.  Then, they don’t give it back.   That’s right, they keep it(more…)

The verdict is in: the People begin to push back.

Not only are a large number of state attorneys general pursuing suit against the Federal government to stop the imposition of Obamacare, the first private lawsuit has been filed.

Two men, including a Mississippi state senator, have filed suit in Federal Court seeking injunctive and declaratory relief against the Federal health care “reform” law.

Interestingly, this article at Andrew Breitbart’s Big Government notes that the individual mandate that has so alarmed everyone, cannot, in fact, be enforced!  The Act specifically prohibits the impositions of criminal penalties for non-compliance with the requirement to buy insurance.  Furthermore, the Feds cannot file liens against your property or levy it to enforce any civil penalty.

If there is no enforcement mechanism, then the insurance mandate (the centerpiece of the legislation) is toothless.  If there is no enforceable mandate, then the entire sack of wet brownies that is Obamacare is also toothless.  Ergo, FAIL!:

“Game over man! Game over!”
